Collection Manager - Immediate Joining

5+yrs of experience in managing Collections & Recovery of Payments from the clients

Job Location: Thiruvallur / Chennai

- Manage and monitor customer receivables and outstanding payments across hotels, hospitals, industries and other commercial clients.
- Ensure timely collection of invoices as per agreed credit terms.
- Prepare and track customer-wise ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate with customers, Accounts Payable teams and internal billing teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Identify reasons for payment delays such as invoice discrepancies, service issues, shortages, quality claims, credit notes, PO issues, etc.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Finance teams for quick resolution of customer disputes.




- Conduct regular customer visits and collection meetings for high-value and overdue accounts.
- Maintain daily/weekly collection plans and achieve assigned collection targets.
- Monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and reduce overdue receivables.
- Escalate long-pending and high-risk accounts
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, statements of accounts, payment commitments and collection follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate collection MIS and provide weekly/monthly collection reports.
- Build skilled relationships with customers while ensuring commercial discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
