We are looking for a driven MBA fresher with a Marketing specialization to join our Corporate Finance team as a Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, market research, and building a pipeline of opportunities in a fast-paced advisory environment. You'll work closely with senior Corporate Finance consultants to identify prospects, build relationships, and support deal origination.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads for corporate finance mandates (fundraising, M&A;, deal advisory) through research, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients; track opportunities through CRM/trackers
- Conduct market and industry research to identify target sectors, companies, and decision-makers
- Draft pitch decks, proposals, and marketing collateral in coordination with the Corporate Finance team
- Support client outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings and introductions
- Coordinate with senior consultants to prepare for client meetings and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and representing the firm at industry events, webinars, and networking forums
- Track competitor activity and market trends relevant to corporate finance services
- Maintain BD reports, MIS, and pipeline status updates for leadership review
- Support employer/firm branding initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn content, outreach campaigns)

Required Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing specialization) — Fresher; 2026 graduates welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions
- Good research and analytical ability to identify and qualify business opportunities
- Self-starter attitude with strong ownership and follow-through

Preferred Skills

- Prior internship experience in business development, sales, or marketing (consulting/financial services preferred)
- Basic understanding of corporate finance concepts (fundraising, valuations, M&A;) is a plus, though not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn-based outreach
