About the Role
We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, has a strong command of AI-assisted editing workflows, and knows how to create content that resonates across social media platforms, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, edit, and deliver polished videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, each optimised for its format and audience
- Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up production, enhance creativity, and explore cutting-edge editing techniques
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise and produce high-impact promotional videos, ad campaigns, and brand storytelling content
- Transform long-form videos into engaging short-form clips and platform-native content that drives views, shares, and engagement
- Apply professional-grade color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles to elevate the overall production quality of every piece
- Own the full post-production pipeline from raw footage ingestion and organisation to final export and delivery
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all video content,



maintaining a cohesive look and feel
- Continuously monitor social media trends, viral formats, and emerging AI tools to keep our content fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve
- Collaborate on content calendars and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
- Lead and manage the video production team, overseeing project allocation, timelines, and quality control from brief to final delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools.
- Strong understanding of social media content strategy and platform best practices (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience editing marketing and promotional videos (ads, product launches, brand films)
- Working knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and motion titles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail
