Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing team at our facility in Landewadi, Pune. We currently have 2 open positions for professionals with strictly 2–4 years of core hands-on experience in Injection Moulding Quality.

Note: Candidates without dedicated Injection Moulding Quality experience will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and execute Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality Inspections.
- Establish and uphold rigorous quality standards for injection moulded components.
- Proactively identify, control, and eliminate standard injection moulding defects.
- Audit components against engineering specifications, customer requirements, and tight dimensional tolerances.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, record non-conformities, and manage Quality Control documentation.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with production and tooling teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Strictly 2–4 years of specialized experience in Injection Moulding Quality Control.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensional measurement tools, and standard QA/QC protocols.
- Key Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and transparent inter-departmental communication.

Mandatory Criteria

Only candidates meeting the strict 2–4 years of direct experience in Injection Moulding Quality will be evaluated for this position.
