Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in Solar Industry Sales. Candidates with relevant experience in the SOLAR/ Battery/Power Battery Industry may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation and customer calling.
- Convert leads into business and achieve sales targets.
- Develop dealers and distributors through calling.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
- Regular customer follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Generate business for the organization.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Solar/Battery Industry Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B/Inside Sales and Lead Conversion.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Dealer/Distributor development experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
