Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp & email.
- Follow up with customers and quotations.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with Production, Estimation, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
- Update leads and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Tele-Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi & English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Industry Preference: Aluminium / Façade / Construction / Building Materials / Paint & Coating / Manufacturing

Note: This is a completely office-based role. No field sales required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
