- Handle day-to-day Depository Participant (DP) operations and related activities.
- Manage DIS (Delivery Instruction Slip) issuance, maintenance, and records.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of DIS slips and related documents.
- Maintain proper records, files, and documentation as per company requirements.
- Perform document filing, data maintenance, and other clerical/administrative activities.
- Ensure proper organization and safe custody of physical documents.
- Coordinate for shifting and transferring documents/files to the godown as and when required.
- Ensure all documents are properly maintained and easily retrievable when required.
- Follow internal processes and compliance requirements while handling DP-related documents.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of DP/Depository operations.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Ability to manage physical documents and files systematically.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to perform routine clerical and administrative tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
