Guiding prospective learners through educational fit discovery, qualification, and structured follow-up, this role establishes explicit pathways toward enrollment.

About the opportunity

As an Education Counsellor, you will manage assigned learner cases, helping individuals evaluate educational offerings against their professional goals and constraints. Operating with high follow-up discipline, you will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring that every interaction is documented accurately and that sensitive policy or commercial questions are escalated appropriately.

Your daily focus centers on maintaining clear, structured communication channels and documenting learner qualification status. By providing objective guidance without making unsupported promises, you help learners make informed decisions while ensuring seamless handoffs to academic or administrative teams upon enrollment.

What you will work on

- Evaluate assigned learner profiles and inquiries to determine program fit and eligibility based on established admission criteria.
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date case notes documenting learner needs, constraints, and follow-up timelines within the approved workspace.
- Guide prospective learners through the enrollment process, explaining program structures, requirements, and next steps clearly.
- Identify and escalate complex commercial, policy, or technical queries to specialized internal teams rather than resolving them without authorization.




- Provide post-enrollment continuity support for designated learner cohorts to assist with early-stage onboarding and transition challenges.

What you will deliver

- Completed learner qualification logs detailing eligibility status, qualified constraints, and program fit for all assigned leads.
- Counselling summary notes archived in the case workspace outlining specific learner objectives and recommended educational pathways.
- Structured continuity handoff documents containing historical interaction notes and next-step instructions for successfully enrolled learners.
- A case follow-up state log documenting contact attempts, response rates, and pending action items for the assigned pipeline.

What we are looking for

- Minimum qualification: Diploma.
- Experience in admissions, counselling, learner success, customer support, or education operations.
- Clear communication and careful follow-up without broad access to unrelated learner data.
- Ability to maintain notes, qualification status, and next steps accurately.
- Judgment to escalate sensitive, commercial, or policy questions instead of guessing.
