- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Evening Shift: 8:00 PM onwards

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is confident in handling Instagram and WhatsApp queries, customer communication, and lead conversion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers online, and understand how to convert social media enquiries into genuine leads and business opportunities.

Since this role primarily involves handling Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries during high-engagement hours, the candidate must be comfortable working during the specified morning and evening timings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to customer queries received through Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Respond promptly and professionally to Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into qualified leads.
- Maintain regular communication with leads until conversion.
- Track and update lead status and follow-ups.
- Engage with Instagram users and ensure timely responses to incoming enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/team members for lead closures.




- Maintain a professional and positive brand image while communicating with customers.
- Monitor customer responses and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Candidates must be based in Gurgaon.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, confident, and customer-focused.
- Must be comfortable working during the 6:00 AM–10:00 AM and 8:00 PM onwards timings.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.
