Job Description – ERP Executive – Operations & MIS

Location: Vasai Office
Work Days & Timings: 6 Days, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and ERP expertise

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Executive – Operations & MIS to manage and maintain critical business operations through our ERP system.

The role will involve handling ERP transactions across Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production and Operations, including Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, GRNs, Delivery Challans and Product Master Data. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing MIS reports and ensuring accurate and timely flow of information across Operations, Inventory, Accounts and Production teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with operational ERP systems, strong Excel/MIS skills, and a good understanding of inventory, production, purchase and supply chain processes.

Experience with Absolute ERP / Deskera ERP will be an added advantage. Candidates with hands-on experience in other operational or manufacturing ERP systems are also welcome to apply.

Important: This is an ERP Operations & MIS role and not a basic Data Entry or Accounts/Bookkeeping position. Candidates whose primary experience is limited to Tally Prime, accounting, bookkeeping, GST or taxation-related work will not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain ERP transactions, including:
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Sales Orders (SO)
- Work Orders (WO)
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Delivery Challans
- Manage and maintain ERP Master Data, including:
- Raw Materials
- Semi-Finished Goods
- Finished Goods
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Product Master
- Routings
- Ensure accurate and timely data updates across Operations, Inventory, Accounts and Production modules.
- Monitor ERP data and identify errors, mismatches and missing information.
- Generate ERP-based reports related to:
- Stock levels
- Production status
- Order tracking
- Inventory movement
- Vendor performance
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports using Excel.
- Perform data analysis using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and other Excel functions.
- Maintain proper data accuracy,



consistency and hygiene within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts and Operations teams to ensure timely ERP updates.
- Support the Operations Head with ERP reports, data tracking and operational MIS whenever required.
- Ensure ERP transactions are updated in a timely manner to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Tools

- Hands-on experience in operational ERP systems is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules related to Operations, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production and Order Management.
- Experience with Absolute ERP / Deskera ERP will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in other ERP systems, particularly manufacturing, inventory or operations-based ERP systems, are also eligible.
- Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Data Filtering & Sorting
- Basic Data Analysis
- Power Query / Macros will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and coordinate for timely corrections.
- Good understanding of inventory, production, purchase and supply chain processes.

ERP Experience Preferred

Candidates with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as Absolute ERP, Deskera, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, Odoo or other manufacturing/operations-based ERP systems are encouraged to apply.

Tally Prime / Tally ERP experience alone will not be considered sufficient for this role.

Experience & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ERP Operations, ERP Management, ERP Data Management, MIS or related roles.
- Experience in garment / apparel / textile / manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of Production, Inventory, Purchase and Supply Chain processes.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.




- Candidates with strong ERP expertise may be considered even if they do not have a specific degree.

Important Note for Applicants

This is an ERP Operations & MIS position and not a Tally/Accounts or basic Data Entry role.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with an operational ERP system and should be comfortable working with Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, Order Management and ERP-based reporting.

Tally Prime / Tally ERP experience alone will not qualify a candidate for this position.
