Job DescriptionJob Overview: Nn Lead the company's enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives. N This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for defining data and analytics strategy, partnering with business leaders, and building scalable analytics and AI solutions that drive business decisions. NnKey Responsibilities : NEnterprise Data Leadership : Nn Lead the enterprise data strategy, including building a scalable cloud data platform and long-term analytics roadmap. N Define enterprise data models, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure quality, security, and data management best practices. N Manage role-based access control across all data sources N Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from structured and unstructured data sources NnAI & Analytics: Nn Develop AI-powered predictive models and dashboards to drive real-time decision-making and automate reporting. N Partner with leadershipto define KPIs and deliver actionable insights through statistical analysis and machine learning. NnTechnical Leadership : Nn Design and implement up-to-date data architecture, including scalable pipelines that integrate disparate business systems. N Serve as a technical contributor for SQL, Python, and code reviews, while evaluating and introducing emerging AI tools. NnBusiness Partnership : Nn Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating complex business challenges into actionable technical solutions.



N Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to influence organisational priorities using data-driven insights. NnPresales & Solutioning : Nn Partner with the presales and proposal teams to develop proposed technical solutions, solution architectures, and delivery approaches for prospective clients. N Prepare effort estimates, staffing models, and level-of-effort assumptions that support pricing and proposal submissions. N Participate in client-facing solution discussions, technical presentations, and orals to articulate the proposed approach and its business value. NnTeam Leadership: Nn Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional data and analytics team. N Establish engineering standards and analytics best practices to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. NnQualifications: Nn 8+ years in data engineering, analytics, BI, or data science with technical leadership experience. N Strong Python experience for data engineering and analytics. N Familiarity with modernAI technologies including LLMs, vector databases, RAG, and AI agents. N Experience building enterprise data platforms and AI-enabled analytics. N Demonstrated experienceworking with presales teams to create proposed solutions and effort estimates for potential clients. N Tech stack (GCP, BigQuery, Python, AI/LLMs, etc.) N
