NAbout the RolenWe're looking for a UI Designer to own and evolve our design system while bringing interfaces to life through thoughtful motion and interaction design. You'll build the foundational infrastructure that enables our product teams to move fast while maintaining consistency. This role sits at the intersection of systems thinking and craft—solving some of the hardest design challenges in fintech: How do you make AI feel trustworthy? How do you present complex financial data intuitively? How do you create delightful moments around wealth management? NWhat You'll BringnDesign System & Technical Skills Nn Expert-level proficiency in Figma (Libraries, Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Variables) N Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale N Strong understanding ofdesign token methodology (primitive vs semantic tokens, naming conventions) N Experience with design-to-code workflows and engineering collaboration N Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles NnMotion & Interaction Design Nn Demonstrable expertise in designing micro-interactions for data-heavy interfaces N Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Principle, After Effects, or similar)



N Ability to specify animation parameters in developer-friendly formats N Strong sense of timing and rhythm—knowing when motion adds value vs creates friction N Understanding of performance implications across web and mobile platforms NnCore Product Design Skills Nn 3+ years of design experience in B2C product companies, preferably fintech N Excellent visual designskills with sensitivity to building trust through design N Process-driven approachto wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications N Robust presentation andstakeholder communication skills N Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments N Bonus: Experience designing AI-native products or conversational interfaces NnWhat the Work Looks Like NDesign System Ownership Nn Own and evolve the Stack Wealth design system (components, tokens, patterns, documentation) N Build and maintain Figma component libraries with proper variant structures and variable bindings N Define design token architecture supporting theming and multi-platform consistency N Establish naming conventions, file organization standards,
