NAbout the RolenThe Head – Customer Engineering & Delivery will own the end-to-end customer engineering and delivery lifecycle at i-TEK — beginning with pre-sales and techno-functional solutioning, through implementation and deployment, hardware fulfilment and go-live, and continuing through support, adoption and customer success. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of customers, business, technology, products and execution.

N Proven track record delivering complex software and hardware / device-led programs for enterprise customers. N Experience managing multiple simultaneous customer programs at scale. N Strong exposure to enterprise software/platform implementations and integrations. N Experience across the full lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery and support/customer success. N Experience in Retail Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain & Logistics, Enterprise Automation, Industrial IoT, and/or AIDC / RFID would be particularly valuable. N Direct RFID experience is desirable but not mandatory; strong enterprise technology delivery experience and the ability to understand the domain are more important.
