Job DescriptionJob Title - Manager IT NDivision - Corporate IT NExperience required - 10 - 15 years NPurpose: Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle functional support, covering the end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain lifecycle. NKey responsibilities: NOracle Process Manufacturing (OPM): Provide expert support for formulas, Nrecipes, and batch production execution. NQuality Management: Manage inspection protocols, quality collection plans, Nand non-conformance tracking. NInventory Management: Drive sub inventory accuracy, material transfers, and Nphysical inventory / cycle-count processes. NProcure-to-Pay (P2P): Provide end-to-end functional ownership of Purchasing Nand iProcurement.nOrder-to-Cash (O2C): Support sales orders, shipping execution,



and customer Nfulfilment processes.nDistribution Management System (DMS): Support dispatch planning, Nroute/vehicle assignment,delivery tracking, and proof-of-delivery processes; nensure integration with order fulfilment and invoicing. NPower BI exposure: Build and interpret dashboards for production, inventory, Nquality, and fulfilment KPIs to support operational decision-making. NEnterprise Asset Management (EAM): Support plant maintenance, asset Ntracking, and preventive-maintenance scheduling.
