NJob Description: NWorking directly with ourglobal UX manager, you will be deeply involved cross functionally with global UX, Product & Engineering teams. You will be working across multiple healthcare products spread across Desktop, tablet and mobile and improve usability of a platform for our end users. NThe ideal candidate has akeen eye for design, strong intrapersonal and empathetic skills, a creative mind and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment. NMust have portfolio with industry experience attached for eligibility. NWhat you will do...n N Research, Design and Prototype user experiences based on product requirements. N Work collaboratively with front end developers to balance technical considerations, user needs and business strategies to deliver creative solutions. N Deliver mockups/wireframes, visuals and interactive prototypes for desktop, tablet and mobile.



N Contribute to an existing design library as well as creation of a design system. N Be well informed of current design trends and champion user centered design across the company, including user research to discover problems or validate solutions. N Drive common look and feel across different product portfolios. N Create mockups to articulate functionality and design N In this highly collaborative, lightning-fast agile environment - you will act as an advocate for both user needs and business needs. NnWhat you bring... Nn Expert level professional UX design experience N Degree in Design/ Computer Science/ HCI or related fields. N 2-3 Years of experienceworking in UX Design with a team of UX designers. Background in design is a plus.
