Job DescriptionOCM – Program Communications Lead (S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation) NRole: NProgram Communications Lead – Organizational Change Management (OCM) NResponsibilities: Nn Lead end-to-end communication strategy for S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program N Define and manage program-wide communication roadmap aligned with program milestones N Drive executive communication and leadership messaging across stakeholders N Establish communicationgovernance, standards, and templates N Ensure consistent and timely communication across all program workstreams N Oversee communication channels including newsletters, townhalls, leadership updates N Drive stakeholder engagement through targeted communication plans N Support cutover and hypercare communication strategy N Collaborate closely with Change Lead, Change Partners, and PMO NnKey Responsibilities: Nn Develop comprehensive communication strategy and plan N Design and manage communication calendar across program lifecycle N Create executive-level presentations, SteerCo decks, and leadership messaging N Oversee development of communication artifacts (emails, newsletters, FAQs) N Govern messaging consistency across global regions and teams N Track communication effectiveness and engagement metrics N Enable communication campaigns aligned with releases and deployments N Mentor and guide communication support team members N Provide updates to program governance and leadership forums NnRequirements:



Nn 10+ years of experience with strong focus on OCM communications N Proven experience leading communications for SAP S/4HANA programs N Solid storytelling andexecutive communication skills N Experience handling global stakeholder communication N Ability to create leadership-ready content (SteerCo, CXO briefings) N Experience in large transformation programs N Familiarity with changeframeworks (ADKAR/Prosci) N Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools NnProject-Specific Requirements: Nn Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation programs N Ability to manage communication across multiple releases/waves N Experience with structured program governance communication N Understanding of integration with training, readiness, and change activities N Exposure to digital communication tools and platforms N Experience in crisis communication and cutover messaging NnAccount Context: Nn Large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation N Multi-country rollout with diverse stakeholders N High focus on clear, consistent program communication N Executive-level stakeholder engagement and reporting N Phased rollout and release-based implementation approach N Close collaboration with PMO, Functional, and OCM teams N Transition from legacy to S/4HANA environment N Emphasis on communication effectiveness and adoption outcomes N
