N Carry a caseload of sixclients N Counsel clients about their substance use using recognized theoretical frameworks and the Samarpan treatment model. N Facilitate interpersonal group therapy sessions N Provide 1:1 therapy N Facilitate psycho-educational workshops, relapse prevention skills training, and other group activities. N Create and review treatment plans. N Produce and update client files and case notes. N Liaise with other relevant professionals about clients N Facilitate family/couples sessions N Attend team meetings N Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions. NnQualifications andSkills: NRequired: Nn MA in Psychology OR M.Phil. Clinical Psychology (preferred) N Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills. N Strong communication skills N Good practice case management including quality record keeping. NnPreferred: Nn 2-5 years of relevant experience N Understanding of cultural context and expectations.
