The ideal candidate should have experience or understanding of sales and logistics, along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, self-sourcing, references, and internal sales leads. N Identify, approach, andpitch logistics services to potential clients. N Promote services, negotiate contracts, and work towards maximizing business profitability. N Handle customer objections effectively and build trust with prospective clients. N Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. N Identify and develop logistics business opportunities across the national market. N Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve transaction-related issues and ensure smooth execution. N Use CRM systems to manage leads, track prospects, and maintain customer information.



N Develop client strategies and use appropriate marketing and sales materials to support business development. N Manage multiple projects and tasks across different teams while ensuring timely execution. N Act as a Subject MatterExpert (SME) by maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external customers. N Contribute to the development of new solutions and services to support business growth. NnRequirementsn N Experience or interest in Business Development, Sales, or Logistics.
