You'll drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise-level hiring mandates while owning the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to placement. Role & Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage C-suite and HR leaders across mid to large-sized enterprises to uncover hiring needs and convert into retained/contingent mandates.
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of 50+ active opportunities using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Position EvaraStaffing as a strategic talent partner by delivering tailored recruitment solutions aligned to client goals and industry benchmarks.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: qualification ➜ proposal ➜ negotiation ➜ contract closing ➜ onboarding handoff to delivery team.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and analytics teams to track KPIs,



refine targeting, and optimize conversion rates across verticals.
- Maintain 95%+ client retention rate by delivering consistent value, managing expectations, and proactively resolving escalations.
