Shift Timings: 4:00 PM 1:30 AM IST Experience: 23 years (Handson HubSpot experience required) About the Role We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to own HubSpot administration, sales reporting, analytics, and sales tech enablement. This role sits at the centre of Sales and Leadershipensuring clean data, robust processes, and actionable insights to drive revenue efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Own HubSpot Sales Hub administration (pipelines, properties, workflows, lead routing) - Manage CRM governance & data hygiene (duplicates, stale data, validations) - Build and publish daily / weekly / monthly Sales MIS & dashboards - Track and analyze: - Lead flow & conversion. - Meetings scheduled vs completed (noshow trends) - Pipeline health, velocity & forecast readiness. - Replevel productivity and utilization. - Support email outreach tools (HubSpot Sequences, Saleshandy, Smartlead, etc.) - Handle data extraction, imports, enrichment, and quality checks. - Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve process compliance & execution.



- Act as internal HubSpot Sales Ops SME MustHave Skills - 23 years of handson HubSpot experience (Admin / Power User) - Strong Sales Operations / MIS / Analytics background - Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, analysis) - Understanding of sales funnel, KPIs, Quoting, forecasting, and CRM best practices - Experience supporting US sales teams or US time zones - Good team player, ability adapt and be versatile GoodtoHave - Power BI or advanced reporting tools - Knowledge of email deliverability & outreach best practices - Exposure to enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, ListKit, etc.) - Automation experience (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, Claude) Ideal Candidate - Has configured HubSpot, not just consumed reports - Thinks in terms of process data behavior - Comfortable working with senior stakeholders - Strong ownership, detailoriented, and executionfocused What Youll Gain - Highimpact .
