Role Overview:As a Document Attestation Consultant at BVS Global, located in Navi Mumbai (India), you will be responsible for providing document attestation services to clients while utilizing your sales expertise to drive business growth and revenue generation. Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting value-added services related to authentication, legalization, and apostille services.Key Responsibilities:- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls globally with excellent telephonic etiquette skills.- Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their document attestation requirements.- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products.- Assist clients in preparing and organizing their documents and forms for attestations and submissions.- Maintain a sales pipeline of prospective clients, tracking interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities to achieve sales targets.- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the document attestation process.Qualification and Skills:- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in document attestation or related BPO segments.- High school diploma or bachelors degree in any stream (preference for tourism, travel,



or hospitality).- Strong understanding of document attestation procedures, regulations, and requirements in various countries.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Proficiency in using Sales tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite applications.- Adaptability, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and client service delivery.- Bilingual proficiency in English/Arabic is an added advantage.About BVS Global:BVS Global is a market pioneer in verification, attestation, visa, immigration, and BPO segments.
