The role
You'll act as an embedded Talent Partner, owning end-to-end hiring for technology roles within high-growth tech environments.
You'll use market insight, technology, and data to attract, engage, and secure top engineering talent while continuously improving hiring performance.
What we're looking for
- Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong exposure to software engineering hiring
- Comfortable using recruitment tech tools and data
- Experience working with SaaS or scaling tech businesses
- Proactive, rapid-paced, and commercially minded
