- Deliver Training: Teach modules on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and verbal ability.
- Design Curriculum: Create structured lesson plans, workbooks, and practice question banks aligned with current corporate hiring trends.
- Assess and Monitor: Conduct regular mock tests, sectional quizzes, and performance evaluations to track student progress.
- Mentor Students: Provide one-on-one guidance, explicit individual doubts, and build student confidence for interviews and written rounds.
- Coordinate: Work alongside the university's Training and Placement cell to schedule sessions without disrupting core academics.
Experience - 4 years - 8 years
Qualification - Any Graduate , Post Graduation
Certifications - Trainer certifications mandatory
