Educational qualifications
- CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
Work Experience
- The candidate must have 5 to 7 years of working experience in business valuation roles (preference for candidates with energy sector experience)
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
- Command over advanced valuation techniques for business and intangible valuations.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of working on financial models and large client data sets.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex issues to client and senior leadership.
- A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business, economic environment and sound commercial acumen
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and handle critical situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)
- Adept and proficient in various AI model and tools for performing research.
Preferred Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards
- Prior experience in performance management
- Strong team handling skills to effectively lead a team and guide junior colleagues
- Ability to handle difficult situations (people/client)
