We are hiring: Partner Development Manager – Industrial Technology

Location: Chennai

We're looking for an experienced Development Manager – Industrial Technology to develop and manage our partner ecosystem across India and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and onboard distributors, VARs, system integrators and automation partners

• Drive channel sales and partner-led business opportunities

• Build strong relationships and conduct regular partner business reviews

• Support product demonstrations, customer meetings and techno-commercial proposals

• Conduct partner training and enablement programs

• Identify current market opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and smart factory automation

Desired Profile:





• 5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management or Business Development

• Experience in Industrial IoT, Factory Automation, Industrial Sensors, PLC/SCADA or related technologies

• Strong experience working with distributors and system integrators

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related discipline

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally internationally
