We are looking for dedicated and passionate Subject Teachers to join our school and deliver engaging, effective instruction to students from Classes 6 to 12. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering subject-specific lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the assigned subject and curriculum.
- Teach and support students from Classes 6 to 12 according to their learning needs.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage active participation, critical thinking, and overall development among students.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, events, and extracurricular programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to support students overall development.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject or any appropriate discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred/required as applicable to the teaching position.
Experience:
- Prior teaching experience, preferably with middle or secondary school students.
- Familiarity with school curriculum, educational standards, and assessment methods.
Certification:
- Candidates with Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Teacher Aptitude Test (TAT) certification will be preferred and prioritized.
