- Diagnose and manage disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves and muscles.
- Manage conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine, Parkinson's disease, dementia, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis and movement disorders.
- Conduct Neurology OPD/IPD consultations.
- Evaluate and manage acute neurological emergencies, including stroke and seizures.
- Perform neurological examinations and interpret relevant investigations such as MRI/CT brain, EEG, EMG-NCV and other neurodiagnostic tests.
- Provide post-stroke and long-term neurological management.
- Coordinate with neurosurgeons, radiologists, intensivists, physiotherapists and other specialists when required.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment, prognosis and follow-up.
- Maintain proper clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols.
