Role Overview & Impact

As a Sr. Associate - Accounts & Administration at Stockal (Bangalore South, Karnataka, India), you will join the Engineering & Operations division to contribute directly to Stockal's core product roadmap and organizational objectives. In this role, you will specialize in Sales & Business Development, collaborating with cross-functional technical and business leadership to deliver high-reliability solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute strategic projects within Stockal's sales & business development roadmap.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable workflows, production architecture, or client-facing operations.
- Collaborate closely across cross-functional engineering, product, and strategy teams to align deliverables with technical standards.
- Monitor key performance metrics, operational integrity, and system compliance to maintain product excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process automation,



architectural refinement, and user experience enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven skilled experience in sales & business development or related technical/operational fields.
- Strong domain expertise in Web3 principles, blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or decentralized applications.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from ideation through production execution.
