We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end
operations while driving data-backed decision-making. This role goes beyond execution—it
requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership of processes to ensure
seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
You will be responsible for international order processing, identifying operational gaps, resolving
exceptions and errors, and working closely with internal teams and external shipping partners to
ensure timely deliveries within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities
International Order Management
- Handle end-to-end international order processing, including order verification, dispatch
coordination, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped within defined TATs with minimal errors.
PNS & Error Analysis
- Perform in-depth analysis of PNS (Pincode Not Serviceable) and other order errors across
platforms (Traya, Clear, Mool).
- Identify root causes and proactively work towards error reduction and process improvement.
Shipping & Dispatch Coordination
- Collaborate closely with shipping partners to resolve shipment-level errors and delays.
- Drive timely clearance of shipping issues to avoid order backlogs.
Pending Orders Analysis
- Monitor and analyze shipping pending orders.
- Take ownership of clearing backlogs by identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with relevant
stakeholders.
MIS & Dashboard Management
- Maintain and enhance international MIS reports and dashboards.
- Use data to track performance, highlight gaps,
and recommend actionable improvements.
Call Audit & SOP Adherence
- Conduct audits of calls related to flagged orders (TBD, potential RTO, etc.).
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and identify any operational or communication gaps and align improvement with QA Team.
