They are seeking for an IT Automation & AI Specialist – GHL | Remote | Part time for their Australian client on a long-term consulting basis.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build & optimise automations using GHL, Make, Zapier, Power Automate & APIs
- Turn ideas into solutions — from requirements and testing to live deployment
- Connect systems & clean up data across GHL, Wunderbuild, Sheets and more
- Explore AI & agentic workflows and identify where they can create real business value
- Spot repetitive work & fix it with simple, practical and cost-conscious solutions

Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT Automation, Workflow Automation, Systems Integration, or a similar role.




- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Workflows
- Practical experience with Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and data mapping/integrations.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, testing/UAT and troubleshooting automation workflows.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with Australian clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and document processes/solutions.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging agentic workflow concepts.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work 8:00 AM–1:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
