Job Overview
We are looking for customer-focused and English-speaking professionals to join our Customer Support Team. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions through voice calls, email and chat, understand customer concerns, provide accurate information and deliver a skilled customer experience.
The role requires good communication skills, discipline, technical readiness and the ability to work independently from home during US-based night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries through email and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow prescribed processes, scripts and quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally.
Escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet assigned productivity, quality and attendance targets.
Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.
Attend required training, meetings and certification programs.
Follow all company and client process guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate, depending on the process.
Good spoken and written English communication skills.
Good listening and comprehension skills.
Customer-service mindset and professional attitude.
Comfortable working US-based night shifts.
Previous BPO/customer-service experience is an advantage.
Healthcare or health-insurance experience is preferred for applicable healthcare processes.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
