ER Leader (Assistant Vice President)

• Lead employee relations function for organization in India.

• Manage & investigate employee grievances, workplace issues and mediate disputes.

• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR community on a wide range of Employee Relations issues.

• Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of employees.

• Contribute to the development, refresh and implementation of policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation, labor market trends and the Employee Value Proposition.

• Looking for 10+ years of experience in HR including ER and HR compliance with solid knowledge of labour laws like POSH, Maternity benefits, Standing orders etc.

• Also, open to HRBPs with experience managing Employee Relations / sensitive case management.

• Candidate should have expertise and exposure in dealing with compliance related matters, anti-discrimination, bullying, workplace harassment and cross culture sensitivities
