Job Title - Salesforce Business Analyst

Location – Pan India

- Complete Allego product training and knowledge transfer provided by Baxter and/or Allego subject matter experts.
- Gather and document business and country/regional content requirements for onboarding and rollout.
- Configure and maintain Allego channels, content hubs, homepage templates and user-experience elements.
- Configure and maintain taxonomy, metadata, tags, navigation, and content categorization structures.
- Configure functional permissions and country or business access rules based on approved requirements.
- Support content inventory, cleanup, categorization, migration preparation, and validation.
- Support the separation of internal content from externally shareable content within the approved operating model.
- Support launch-readiness reviews, deployment activities, hypercare and functional issue triage.




- Create and maintain configuration documents, SOPs, user guides, knowledge articles, and handover materials.
- Provide weekly progress reporting.

Experience: At least 5 years in functional consulting, business systems analysis or enterprise SaaS application delivery/support.

Domain Exposure: Sales enablement, content management, CRM, learning platforms, digital asset management, or regulated marketing content.
