- Support FEA projects using Hypermesh-Ansys APDL and/or ANSYS-Workbench as per customer requirements.
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in FEA simulation using Hypermesh and Ansys (APDL/Workbench).
- Carry out linear and non-linear Stress analysis, Thermal analysis and Dynamic analysis (Modal and forced response).
- Interactions with the customer.
- Prepare FEA reports as per requirements.
- Time and effort management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computational Engineering or a related field of study.
- Sound knowledge of structural linear and non-linear simulations, fatigue calculations, Thermal analysis and Energetic analysis and analytical calculations.
- Exposure to locomotive industry.
- Programming skills in Python or TCL for automation.
- Excellent communication skills, team player and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
