**Basic Qualifications:** + Minimum of 3 years relevant core BA experience in a client facing role + Minimum of 3 years of BA skillset - Requirements Engineering and Processes?? + Strong communication skills and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders?? + Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating high-quality detailed business requirements, process and training documentation?? + Sourcing requirements from appropriate stakeholders with varying seniority?? + Minimum of 3 years of experience working in manufacturing domain as Business Analyst?? + The ability to produce process documentation including process maps, flow diagrams, requirement specifications, functional designs,



and features stories etc.?? + Minimum of 3 years work experience with Agile environment and Azure Devops tool.??? + Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills?? + Positive understanding of techniques with respect to problem solving and decision making?? + Understanding of industry-standard modelling standards and methodologies?? + Minimum 3 years of successful involvement in projects through the full project life cycle?? + Minimum 3 years of experience of handling conflicting demands, prioritizing workloads, and delegating effectively in order to deliver?? + Demonstrable team working and individual working skills?
