We are seeking an experienced Manager - Procurement to lead our procurement team in India. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our procurement processes align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement initiatives with overall business goals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.




- Prepare and present procurement reports and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 13-20 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
