Description

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be able to effectively gather and analyze business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The candidate should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories for the development team.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and clearly defined.
- Work closely with developers to ensure understanding of requirements and provide clarification as needed.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.




- Assist in the development of test cases and ensure that acceptance criteria are met before product release.
- Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders and management.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an Agile/Scrum setting.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Proficient in creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
