About the Role
As an HR Intern at HUFT, you'll get a front-row seat to how people operations run in a fast-growing consumer brand. From sourcing great talent to helping new joiners feel at home from day one, you'll be part of the team that keeps HUFT's pack growing — one great hire at a time.

This role is perfect for someone who's people-first, endlessly curious about what makes teams tick, and excited to learn the ropes of recruitment, onboarding, and everyday HR operations — all while working alongside (and probably being adopted by) some of Gurugram's friendliest office dogs.

What You Will Do
1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Help draft and post job descriptions.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards.

2. Onboarding & Employee Experience
• Support recent hire onboarding — documentation, induction, and welcome kits.
• Help coordinate orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.

3. HR Operations
• Support day-to-day HR processes — attendance,



documentation, and record-keeping.
• Assist with maintaining employee databases and HR trackers.
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations.

4. Culture & Communication
• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help organise team events, celebrations, and culture-building activities.

Who This Is For
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Genuinely excited about people, recruitment, and how organisations work.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (coursework, projects, or prior internship experience welcome).
• Strong communication skills — you can talk to anyone, from a candidate to a CXO.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple things at once.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic presentation tools.

Bonus Points If You Have
• Prior internship or project experience in HR/recruitment.
• An interest in employer branding, culture, or people analytics.
• Love pets (you'll fit right in).
