We Are Hiring | Customer Service Executive | Mohali

Location: Mohali

Qualification: HSC/Graduate (Freshers can also apply)

Graduation Pursuing Candidates are Not Eligible

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary Offered

20,000 In-Hand per Month During Training

22,000 In-Hand per Month After Training

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through chat and voice support for international clients

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot and escalate issues whenever required

Maintain high-quality service standards in all interactions

Follow process guidelines and meet performance metrics

- BPO Voice/Non-Voice
- Customer Service
