We are looking for an experienced, target-driven, and agile Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Admissions team at our Beauty & Wellness Academy in Noida – Sector 16.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, admissions, inside sales, business development, EdTech, education, beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle sectors, with proven experience in team handling and achieving revenue/admission targets.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete admissions sales funnel, driving team performance, improving lead conversion, developing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the Sales & Admissions team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.  Set individual and team-wise sales/admission targets and monitor performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and admissions.



 Monitor the complete sales funnel, including lead generation, calling, counselling, follow-ups, academy visits, and closures.  Handle high-value and critical prospective student/parent enquiries personally when required.  Coach team members on sales pitches, counselling techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.  Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, call audits, and one-on-one coaching sessions.  Track lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion ratios, revenue, and individual team performance through CRM.  Identify gaps in the sales process and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.  Ensure timely and systematic follow-up with prospective students and parents.  Develop strategies to improve enquiry-to-counselling, counselling-to-visit, and visitto-admission conversion
