Job Description:

- Solid experience in Python and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, and other GenAI frameworks.
- Deep experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure AI Foundry.
- Proficiency in implementing RAG and knowledge discovery using Azure AI Search.
- Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and Human-in-the-Loop capabilities.
- Define scalable, secure, and governed AI solution patterns and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and drive AI innovation and adoption.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- 1 Senior Lead in GDC Agam's area needs to have FDE skills and proficiency for selection at enterprise level (0preferably seasoned & experienced FDE). Other leads will be at project level Gen AI Leads.
