Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist with 4+ years of experience in Google Ads execution, optimization, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-budget accounts and e-commerce brands, with a solid focus on ROAS, conversions, revenue, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
- Manage high-budget accounts and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution including keyword research, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Analyze search terms and implement negative keywords to improve traffic quality.
- Optimize campaigns based on audience, location, device, products,



and performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable optimization insights.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience.
- Proven experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with e-commerce brands.
- Excellent proficiency in Google Search Ads and Performance Max.
- Good knowledge of Google Shopping, Display, YouTube, GA4, and GTM.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently execute and optimize campaigns.
