We are seeking a detail-oriented, precise finance qualified to join our core retail accounting team.

Position Summary

· Role: Accounts Assistant (Jewellery Retail Operations)

· Location: Dadar East (Mumbai)

· Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

· Software Requirement: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

· Experience: 2–4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting & Ledger Maintenance

· Process and record daily retail sales entries, purchase invoices, and journal entries in Tally Prime.

· Manage data recording for all bank transactions and execute monthly bank reconciliation processes.





· Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations for vendors and corporate clients.

2. Jewellery Inventory & Stock Tracking

· Maintain and systematically update raw material, gold, and finished jewellery stock valuations in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

3. Taxation & Compliance Support

· Execute monthly and quarterly calculation of TDS dues and ensure timely online payments.

· Prepare and reconcile monthly GST data inputs directly against the physical books of accounts.

· Compile financial documentation, depreciation calculations.

Candidate Requirements

· Education: Minimum Graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com).

· Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of basic accounting rules, Tally Prime shortcut mechanics, and Excel formulations (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

· Industry Domain: Prior retail accounting or jewellery showroom billing experience will be highly prioritized.

· Core Competencies: Extreme attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and high integrity handling
