Position: MIS Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Manage and analyze large volumes of data using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. Create and maintain Pivot Tables, Pivot Reports, and dashboards. Generate reports related to sales, production, inventory, and other business requirements. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports. Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to management. Maintain proper records and databases. Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required data. Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Automate and improve existing Excel-based reporting processes wherever possible.
Required Skills Advanced Excel – Mandatory Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Robust knowledge of Pivot Tables Good understanding of Excel formulas and functions Good data analysis and reporting skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good mathematical and analytical skills Good communication and coordination skills Candidate Profile 3–5 years of relevant experience as an MIS Executive Candidates with experience in Textile / Manufacturing / Production industries will be preferred. A Mathematics or Commerce background will be an added advantage. Should be comfortable working with large datasets and preparing management reports.
