The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and
maintaining long -term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of
customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through upselling,
cross -selling, and proactive client engagement. The role requires excellent
communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the
company’s products/services to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust, long -term relationships with assigned
clients.
- Act as
the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue
resolution
- Work
closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver
seamless service to clients
- Achieve
set targets for client retention, revenue generation, and relationship
growth
- Maintain
accurate records of client communications and transactions in CRM systems
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with minimum 1 -2 years of experience as Relationship Manager, Loan Sales, Medical Representative, Marketing
