+ Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Hiring Practice Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will

have a minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, client interactions and data management

preferably in Facilities Management or other manpower-intensive industries. The candidate must hold an MBA in

HR and demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment processes and practices with exposure in technology.

Location: Remote (Based in Delhi, India)

+ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients in the Facilities

Management and related industries. Must be pro cient to hire through LinkedIn and Jobboards

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating quali cations to

ensure a high-quality candidate pool. Must have used ATS and understand recruitment work ow.





Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide matching talents for their requirements

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify

potential candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals to enhance our recruitment

network and reputation.

Hiring Practice Executive

Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve

recruitment processes. Having interest for research is essential.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, progress, and

challenges. Knows how to draft a JD.

Must have closed CXO level positions for MNC and corporates. Non IT background is preferred with experince in

Facility Management, Hospitality and Manufacturing.

+ Compensation

The budgeted CTC is 06 Lacs Per Annum. We may deviate slightly if we nd the re in you.

+ Job Location

This is remote full time role. The candidate must have own laptop, internet and phone with connection.
