Experience: Minimum 10-15 Years of Experience in manufacturing / mass production field (cable assembly background preferred)

* Lead end-to-end assembly operations in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
* Responsible for Assembly P&L;, productivity improvement, quality management, and process optimization.
* Opportunity to drive automation, lean manufacturing initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
* Experience in cable assembly manufacturing will be an added advantage. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for APU P&L; Assembly.
· Overall Assembly process ownership.
· Material, machine and production Planning.
· Assembly Quality management.
· Manufacturing process engineering.
· Margin and productivity Improvements.




· Drive process improvements and automation, Assembly Machine. Preventive maintenance.
· DL efficiency, Cycle time reduction and HC reduction.
· OEE improvement.
· Scrap reduction and root cause analysis.
· Capacity planning and developments
· Lead and Manage team (assembly, Quality, planning, Preventive maintenance).
· Drive 5S in assembly and continuous improvement workshops.
· On time delivery and LTR reduction.
· Product Extensions / Transfer projects from sites.
· Corrective and preventive actions.
· Internal audits and customer audit preparations.
· Train IDL and DL in assembly and maintain records.
