We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR to join our growing team and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.

* Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
* Book qualified meetings for the sales team
* Identify, research, and engage decision-makers across target accounts
* Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
* Work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
* Consistently meet and exceed activity and meeting targets What We’re Looking For
* 6 months – 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR or inside sales
* Strong communication and objection-handling skills
* Comfortable with high-volume outbound (100+ calls/day)
* Highly organized with solid attention to detail
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
