Job Description – Senior Manager (Consultant – Finance & Accounting) Experience: 12 Years+ Role Level: Senior Manager The Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting Consulting will lead large-scale transformation engagements, integrate digital capabilities, and act as a subject-matter expert across F&A; domains. The role includes driving automation initiatives, enterprise AI adoption, and Agentic AI–based intelligent process orchestration. Key Responsibilities Lead F&A; transformation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A;, and compliance. Drive adoption of automation, intelligent workflows, generative AI, and Agentic AI to enable autonomous finance processes. Architect AI-enabled operating models, including self-optimizing processes, prediction engines, autonomous reconciliations, and cognitive decision-support systems. Conduct process maturity assessments, benchmark analysis, and define multi-year automation roadmaps. Integrate AI agents with existing ERP, workflow, and analytics platforms to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Lead cross-functional consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery across global engagements. Guide clients through change management, governance models,



and digital adoption strategies. Build business cases demonstrating ROI, productivity gains, and operating model shifts driven by autonomous finance capabilities. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development in automation and AI. Required Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of F&A; processes and global best practices. Strong experience with RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere), OCR, machine learning models, chatbots, and workflow automation. Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous process design, and AI orchestration tools. Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics) and integrating digital solutions. Experience working with Process Mining tools like Signovia, Uipath, Celonis, etc. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead teams in a hybrid digital environment with AI augmentation. Qualifications MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent. 12+ years of experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or shared services digital operations.
