Responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing the bank's asset portfolios, customer relationship management, business development, and sales target achievement. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales: Acquire recent customers for asset products
2. Generate business through branch referrals, walk-in customers, and external channels.
3. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
4. Assess customer eligibility and collect required documents.
